I’m unable to track my dogs location, how do I fix this?

To track your dogs location, please ensure you have network coverage. As soon as you have coverage you will be able to track your dogs location.

Can I have multiple dogs in the same app?

Yes! Each dog just needs their own device. You can then easily flip between your dogs’ profiles in the PitPat app.

Is there a subscription or any hidden fees?

No! Once you’ve bought your PitPat GPS, there is nothing more to pay to be able to find your dog whenever you need to.

How accurate is PitPat’s GPS tracking technology?

PitPat uses GPS technology to find your dog’s location. Under normal conditions, it can track your dog’s location to within a few metres.
